Just Like in the Movies!

Check out this true story about Stefani, who got a heart transplant when she was 8. She asked her doctor, before surgery, if she would live. He told her, "Of course you’re going to live, and I’m going to dance with you at your prom.”

Fast forward 10 years later, who walks into Stefani's prom and surprises the heck out of her? You can read more if you click on the link below.

Today in this world, some doctors and nurses aren't compassionate to their patients. But in this case, this doctor cares deeply about this young girl. He didn't have to dance with her at her prom. In fact, all he had to do is to operate on her. This just shows how much this doctor cares about his patients. I thank him for caring so much toward people who are sick and injured. Patients just don't expect doctors/nurses to take care of them, but to care about them.

That man is the best! He was really positive when he told her she was going to live! I'm glad she had a doctor like that. But i wonder if she had forgotten that he said that and so didn't exactly know who he was.
