The Power of Pink

If there's anything cuter than a guy in pink, I don't know what it is. So when the entire lacrosse team at a boys' high school put on pink helmets, I knew I had to tell you about it. The guys at Salesianum School in Delaware put on the pink to honor a friend of ours, Savannah. She's 10 and she's dealing with cancer. And she really likes pink.

The team wanted to raise money and show their support for Savannah and her family. What a cool idea! Read more about the game they played in pink helmets.

Is anyone surprised they won the game, or that they also captured the state championship?

To find out more about our pinkalicious friend Savannah, check this out: Staying Connected: Savannah's Story. If you want to leave some words of encouragement for her, I'll be sure to pass them along.

Pink is the power and the power is pink!
