A Serious Situation

Hi all,
Most of the comments and the questions we get have to do with ordinary problems. But once in a while, we get a comment or a question that is more serious. If you feel you have a problem that's too big for you to handle, please ask a grownup for help.

Here are grownups you can turn to:
1. Your parents

2. Other relatives: A grandmother, aunt, uncle, and other members of your family can be good people to turn to.

3. A school counselor: They are trained to help kids and will probably have ideas for what steps you can take next.

4. A crisis hotline: A crisis hotline is a phone number you can call and talk with someone if you feel you are in a serious situation and you don't know what else to do. The people who answer the phone will try to get you help, if you need it.

Think pink!

well chances are that only girls are looking at this website so i'd suggest if its periods have a "first period kit". it should include an extra pair of panties, some pads (light or heavy) tampons annd i'd recomend a bag to put it in.

p.s. it might be a good idea to talk to a woman v.s. a man. don't think i'm predgious or any thing but women might have a better idea of what u r going through

p.p.s. a good book(s) to get for these things are........ "The Care And Keeping Of You" (by americain girl) and "The Feelings Book For girls" and if it involves friendship troubles "Friendship Troubles" if it involves food or being overweightness "food" *these are all americain girl books*

hope i helped love, olive101

Thanks I'll definately need the help but I've tried but none of them seem to listen so could I talk to you In private?? Is there ANYTHING you could do to help me??

It would be a big help and by the way don't call a helpline cos it's not that serious but its making me upset! Thanks

There are some days that I feel so alone, un-loved, and bullied that I just don't talk to anyone at all and I'm miserable for weeks. Then there are days when I think I'm the luckiest girl in the WORLD and I never want this school year to end. (we only have 13 days left!! D;). What should I do on those days that I feel like nobody wants me here?
