Serious stuff: A reminder

Hi everyone.
We've received a few comments lately from girls who are concerned they could be depressed. In case you're wonder what depression is, it's a serious kind of sadness.

There's more info here:

Why Am I So Sad?

A reminder that it is VERY IMPORTANT that you talk to a grownup if you feel that kind of sadness. Try a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, counselor, or teacher. We want you to be healthy and happy.

Think pink!

SMB, tell some other adult instead, a counsellor, nurse, teacher, other parent, aunt, grandma etc. Anonymous, try talking to an adult about it, maybe suggest rehab or something. Smile everyone!
