U can alwas wear tank tops with built in bras or camis, or sports bras or anything of that sort.....whooohooo pbbs r back!!!!!

You dont have to wear a bra if you dont want to. There are plenty of other subsitutes, like Jemma said, such as camis and sports bras. Manu people find these a lot more comfortable. So, if ever your mother asks to take you bra shopping, you can tell her how you feel and Im sure she'll help you!
Remember: bras were made to help and support you, if you pick the right one, it wont bother you!

Guys help!!!!! I want to ask my crush to go see a movie with me. We text a lot and I like to think we're pretty good friends. The problem is my mom thinks I should wait for him to ask me. But I don't think he will cuz he's shy and his parents won't pay to take him to the movies with a friend. Ya, sports bras are very good, but don't get the ones that are made for running. they have material on them that scratches the inside of your shirt and it's awkward when you are in a crowd. just make sure it fits before getting it.

My advice is to wear camis, actually. Sports bras are totally awesome, but they tend to have thick straps that are close to your neck so it's weird to wear them with a shirt over it cuz then you can see the straps. And then camis are pretty awesome cuz they're awesome under shirts that have a too-low neckline, or shirts that have a high bottom. And, yeah, I hate bras too. I know how you feel.

U can pay for yourself and it is true that guys r suppose to make the first move but maybe u need to speed things up. First ask him about good movies, any he wants to see and when a movie that u want to watch comes up as a topic then ask if he wants to see it with you. Then he'll pay for himself and u guys can enjoy! Just tell your mom that he wanted to watch it too ( hopefully he does.) Hope it works out!
I have a small problem. So I'm going to my very first sleepover at my bff's but I only have my Teddy bear pajamas. Grandma bought it for me and mom says I have to wear that cuz I don't have any other pajamas and it'll be so embarrassing. What do I do? I'll be so humiliated.

If your birthday or another special event is before the sleepover you can ask for a new pair of pajamas. If not, you can always pair an over sized shirt with sweat pants or yoga pants. If none of this works you can make a joke about it at the sleepover. If your friends laugh at you, make fun of you, and make you feel really bad, they aren't your real friends. Good Luck!!!

Hey guys new post ...yes! I have a big problem,my crush well he's drifting away. He isn't as nice too me as before, and well maybe 'coz, well i tell him what he isn't to know. @ Bluetiful Blossom- sometimes i dont wear pajama sets to bed if you have like a tank top or t-shirt or cami and leggings or shorts you can do that. I like wearing my monkey pj pants from areopostale its like my trade mark. So for shorts you can buy really cute ones from forever21 in the xersise area in my store its upstairs they are about $8.... Hope this helps and if not maybe your pants can become a trade mark like mine but only wear them to some sleepovers because then you will over do it

If she's your best friend she shouldn't care. It should just be about having fun and forgetting about stuff like that. Besides, I'm sure her pajamas are no different-there's nothing wrong with teddy bears!

To Bluetiful Blossom, ask one of your best friends that will understand if you can borrow hers and explain the situation or you can ask your mom for some at say Target if you want also if you have sisters see if you can get one of them to lend you a pair of pajamas for the night or be courageous and go in your teddy bear pajamas honestly i think it would look cute and if they look at you just make it look like its a joke if they're your real friends they won't care. Hope I helped!
oh and if they make fun of you just say im trying to not grow up as fast as you guys if your under 11

Dont worry too much! Sleepovers are meant to be fun, and Im sure your best friend isnt be mean so you wont embarasse you.
What you can do is wait until right before you go to bed to get changed into your PJ's, then change out as soon as you get up. Dont eve mention them, your friend might not notice (or care).

My advice is: Bras are comfortable! I'm only 11, but I wear a bra. It's pretty understandable why *cough* LOL but, my advice is to start out with camis, go to sports bras, then use a normal bra. If you have a flat chest, use camis or sports bras. A large chest, then normal bras. Remember- Bras are like bikinis. They're pretty similar, so if you know how a bikini feels, it's the same for bras. Good luck!

Yesterday morning, I saw this red spot (I'm pretty sure it was blood) about the size of this 'o' on my underwear. But after that, there was no 'blood' anywhere to be seen.

That is a very small amount, but it could be. Mark what day it came on a calendar, so you know approximately when your next period will come (30 days) and if it doesn't come then, it probably wasn't your period. Until then, there's no way to tell.

Parvatipatil. maybe your 1st /./is coming. 1st ones usually small. recomended: get pads to carry in a bag just in case and wear pantiliners someetimes. when it feels wet "there". Check. its super emberrasing when u get a stain with nothhing to change into in the mid of class.

if you get the right bra for you, you don't feel it one bit. ( I speak from experience) Of course, if its too small, it will feel tight, and if its too big, it will fall down. Make sure you get the right size and you'll be fine!

You can't do anything. Your period comes when God gives it to you. Periods can come as late as 16. You're no where near there yet!

Wear a cami or a trainer bra. I was worried what boys would think if the strap showed, but now I'm getting comfortable-ish. Weather your an A-cup or not even yet, don't worry, everygirl goes through some akward puberty moment.
